John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.”
Jesus Christ loves you and desires a personal relationship with you. Are you following Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior of your life?
The truth is that everyone has sinned, that is, done wrong things in the sight of God, such as lying, envy, or selfishness. (Romans 3:23) The Bible says that the penalty for sinning is death, which means going to Hell and being eternally separated from God. (Romans 6:23) But God did not leave us without hope! He loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, into the world to die for our sins so that we don’t have to! (John 3:16) When we place our trust in Him and believe that He died on the cross to save us, He grants us eternal life forever with Him in Heaven!
All you have to do to receive God’s gift of eternal life is to admit that you are a sinner, in need of a Savior, to repent of your sin, and to sincerely believe, with all your heart, that Jesus died for your sins. Then pray and ask Jesus to be the Lord of your life. We can then grow in our relationship with Him through prayer, studying the Bible, worship, fellowship with other believers, ministering to those in need, and obeying God’s commandments. The Creator of the universe and the Author of humanity desires a relationship with you. I pray that you accept God’s free gift of life today!
